      William Field and Edward Field Snr. 80 acres Vale of Clwyd .
      When Edward Field Snr. Died 21/1/1926 Intestate William Field inherited the property of 100 acres granted to his father by Governor King on 13/6/1803 being the eldest son and heir by law. He disposed of this property on 13/10/1847 to Joseph Collett of Mt. York for the sum of 200 pounds. (See story below on land sale)

      Dated 13th October, 1847. William Field of Penrith, Colony of New South Wales, Farmer and Joseph Collett of Mt. York in the Colony aforesaid, farmer of the other part Whereas by deed pole or grant bears date of or about the 13th day of June in the year of Our Lord 1803 now land of Philip Gidley King Esq. then Governor of New South Wales under the Seal of the Colony 100 acres of land lying and situated in the district of Evan bounded on the North by Stephen Smith's farm on the South by Pickerings farm on the River Nepean be known by name of Field's Farm was granted unto Edward Field to be held unto the said Edward Field his heirs and assigns for ever and Whereas the said Edward Field departed this life at or about the ........ day of September, 1825 Intestate leaving the said William Field is now as such eldest son and Heir by Law him surviving AND Whereas the said William Field is now as such eldest son and Heir at Law entitled to a estate in fee simple in possession and severally for his own use of any and to the land and Hereditments hereinafter described the same being a portion of the land described in the hereinbefore in part recited deed pole or grant AND Whereas the said William Field lately contracted with the said Joseph Collett for the absolute sale to him of the said land and heridaments herein described free from all encumbrances for the sum of two hundred pounds.
      Now This Indenture Witnesseth that................
      30 acres by the same more or less bounded on the North by government Road separate from the land of the late Samuel Terry on the South by the land belonging to Edward Field (a son of the before mentioned Edward Field) on the East by part of the land belonging to William Bowman and on the West by the Nepean River and all rights.............................
